Buyer has the right to reject cargo below 42%. - Admixture: basis 2% to 4%; - Moisture: basis 7% max. 8%; - FFA: basis 2% max. 3%; - Caesium radioactivity: 134 - 137 Max. 600 Becq/kg; Buyers have the right to nominate FOSFA member inspection company for quality control.

Shipment Terms: Terms of loading. Cargo shall be loaded on board the vessel by means and for account of the Seller at a minimum loading rate of 1500 mt / wwd 24, WWD SSHEX EIU. 8. Terms of payment Payment for the Goods to be done by Buyer in US dollars Cash Against or LC Documents upon presentation documents by Seller to Sellers’ bank: 8.1 Commercial Invoice for the value of the goods delivered; 8.2 Full set of Bill/s of Lading, marked clean on board; 8.3 Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce; 8.4 Phytosanitary Certificate issued by official authority; 8.5 Non-radioactivity Certificate issued by official authority; 8.6 Certificate of weight, issued by inspection company; 8.7 Certificate of quality, issued by a inspection company. 12.1 All other terms, conditions and rules, not in contradiction with the above contained in FOSFA 4A, Incoterms 2010 latest edition on the date of the contract, by which parties admit that they have knowledge and notice, apply to this transaction and the details of above given shall be as part of present contract.
