Payment for the Goods to be done by Buyer in US dollars Cash Against Documents or Letter of Credit against: Commercial Invoice for the value of the goods delivered; Full set of Bill/s of Lading, marked clean on board; Certificate of Origin; Phytosanitary Certificate; Non-radioactivity Certificate; Certificate of weight and quality. All other terms, conditions and rules contained in GAFTA 49, GAFTA 125, Incoterms 2010, UCP 600. All other terms will present against Letter of Intend from Buyer.
