- Protein : Min 10,5%
- Moisture : max 14,5%
- Whiteness : min 58%
- Wet Gluten : min 25%
- Falling number : min 250 sec

Terms of payment negotiable depends of counter party, commodity, transportation and could be:
LC at sight, LC stand by, CAD, CAFD and etc.,

Quantity and quality of goods final at place of loading of vessel/ stuffing into containers issued by inspection company at the Seller's account or Buyer's account as agreed.

All other terms, conditions and rules, not in contradiction with the above contained in support contract/ terms (GAFTA, FOSFA, UPC, Incoterms, etc) of which the parties admit that they have knowledge and notice, apply to this transaction.
The parties undertake not to reduce at execution cooperation to support business contacts and to take all necessary measures for maintenance of efficiency and development of commercial communications.
