The sellers agree to sell and the buyers agree to buy the undermentioned goods on the terms and conditions stated below:(Quantity Allowance + / - 10%)
FILM FACED PLYWOOD
- Finger join core or Full poplar core,
- WBP glue,
- quality grade one time hot pressed, A/A or B/C grade not use, use one time press or two times pressing
- Brown or Black film,
- brown edge,
- tolerance thickness：±0.5mm

MOQ (minimum order quantity) 55 m3 (1x40 HQ FCLs = 54 m3)
Terms of payment: 30% T/T Before Production +70% payment against scanned copy of documents within 30 working days since B/L date
- Bill of lading from the owners or master or agents of the ship acceptable.
- Legalization charges, if any, are on buyer's account, non legalized documents acceptable for negotiation.
- Should any objection of products be raised by the Buyers to the Sellers review opinions, the Buyers ought to offer SGS, CCIC or the inspection certificate issued by an inspection authority entrusted by both sides, which should be the final inspection opinion.
- The Sellers shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods under this Sales Confirmation due to any Force Major incidents,such as natuaral disasters,changes on social policy or exchange rate of currency or human wars, etc
- Should any risks arise which are caused by logoes for package or documents offered by the buyers, the buyers shall take all the responsibilities and the costs incurred.
Quantity and quality of goods final at place of stuffing into containers.
